Paddleboard Yoga Class
Essential Class Information:
Meeting at the river at 7:45, you will have a short safety talk, followed by about an hour and a half of paddling in the calm pool under the bridge and a yoga class on the anchored boards taught by our yoga masters
Meet at Tuzigoot River Access Point by 7:45 to begin your experience. At the end of the
Plan for 2+ hours total from the time you pull up till the time you leave. Most people take a little extra time after the class to use the restroom and change or just enjoy the river calm.
We keep it simple so pricing is 65 per person for the class. We do offer many specials on the class pricing, but those vary throughout the year so call for the current information.
Being that this class does require each individual to be on a board by themselves, they must be 13 years old or older to participate.
Make sure to bring:
clothes you are comfortable getting wet in, some water or other non-alcoholic drink to stay hydrated, and a desire to learn!
- All gear needed including board, paddle and PFD
- Expert yoga instructor there to teach you all you need
- All taxes, insurance, and permit fees on all guided trips.

Come out with the original SUP outfitter in the Verde Valley. Enjoy a nice relaxing yoga session on the Verde. We will launch at Tuzi and anchor the boards before moving through an hour of yoga asana on the boards. After breathing and stretching into all parts of the body, enjoy a pleasant Savasana in the gentle waters of the river. Yoga on the SUP Board will work on balance, alignment, breath, mindfulness, and finding your center core with the board. This class is fun and challenging. It will take your yoga to another adventure!
Class pricing includes all boats and safety equipment, skilled guides and instructors, and all taxes and fees that go to help preserve, protect, and improve the access of the Verde River @ Clarkdale including charitable contributions to One for the Verde and educational initiatives throughout the community.
